Case ZCNEST Stacker AMR Reforms Workshop Handling and Achieves Intelligent Warehouse Management

In today's continuous deepening of lean production, the response speed and collaboration level of workshop logistics directly affect the overall production efficiency of the enterprise.Especially in complex scenarios involving multiple scheduling, multiple processes, and multiple links, the traditional handling mode increasingly reveals multiple bottlenecks in terms of efficiency, scheduling coordination, and safety.The implementation of the Stacker AMR solution launched by ZCNEST Robotics has helped enterprises achieve full-automation and informatization integration of warehouse operations throughout the process.

Project Request

1. Low efficiency: The logistics transfer links such as raw material entry, production online/offline, and finished product entry/exit are highly dependent on manual operations. The operation rhythm is slow, efficiency is low, the human burden is heavy, and the cost is high, making it difficult to match the efficient production rhythm.

2. Complex scheduling: The storage area and the production workshop are located in different places. The material transfer requires multiple handovers and coordination, resulting in complex management and lack of transparency in information. The scheduling is also not coherent, which affects the overall logistics efficiency.

3. Low space utilization: Traditional equipment has a large turning radius and requires a wide aisle. This limits the warehouse layout, making it difficult to achieve high-density storage and flexible path planning within the limited space, thus hindering the improvement of warehouse capacity.

Project Implementation

To meet the complex, cross-regional and high-efficiency operational requirements of the workshop logistics process, the project deployed Juzang Stacker AMRs and an intelligent scheduling system, fully integrating the logistics loop from raw materials to finished products.The stacker AMRs have superior stacking capabilities, a more compact body design, and better narrow-channel passage aisle capabilities, enabling higher storage utilization and more flexible path planning within limited spaces, significantly enhancing space utilization.

The system is equipped with the independently developed RCS intelligent scheduling system, featuring task priority management, unified scheduling for multiple vehicle types, and intelligent path planning, enabling flexible task allocation across regions.Through deep integration with the WMS warehouse management system, it achieves full-process information control from material entry, storage, picking, to outbound, ensuring real-time synchronization of logistics and data flow and full traceability throughout the process.
