The storage density of the goods is high; although the number of SKUs is small, they are required to follow the first-in-first-out principle by batch; the lifting height of the goods is usually over 5 meters.The traditional manual operation of shuttle is not only cumbersome but also prone to errors, which can cause damage to the goods and affect the overall transfer efficiency.

2/Scene Solutions
Shuttle model selection: Reach / Three-way / All-direction reach AMR + Four-way shuttle
The entire storage area can be divided into storage area, inbound/outbound connection area, receiving and dispatching area, and platform area. Each functional area is relatively independent, avoiding human-machine interaction to ensure operational safety.
Inbound operation: After manual unloading at the platform, the goods are moved to the connection area, and then batched inbound tasks are issued. Latent AMRs or Pallet AMRs are responsible for long-distance transportation, moving the goods from the receiving and shipping area to the inbound and outbound connection area. High-position Forklift-type AMRs (such as Reach, three-way AMRs, etc.) complete the racking operations.
Outbound operation: The ERP system issues outbound orders in advance, and the WMS (Warehouse Management System) breaks down the orders into outbound tasks. The AMR executes the outbound tasks in advance, transporting the outbound pallets to the connection area and synchronizing with the TMS (Transportation Management System). The trucks are assigned to specific platforms for loading, and manual loading is carried out.
