In manufacturing enterprises, some are facing challenges related to the safety of high-position racking storage.The storage of goods on high-position shelves requires precise handling equipment, and at the same time, the connection of production lines has raised higher requirements for the timeliness of handling by Forklift AMRs.
1/ Project Request
Narrow aisle high-altitude operation: The roadway of this project is extremely narrow, and the height of the storage racks is 8 meters. Therefore, higher requirements are imposed on the precision, safety and passability of related equipment.Material sizes are not uniform: The project materials are non-standard in size and there are differences in height. It is required that the inbound operation match the storage locations.
2/ Project Implementation
The project site adopts a combination of ZCNEST three-way AMR and Stacker AMR. The three-way AMR is mainly responsible for operations in the high-level rack storage area, while the Stacker AMR serves as a connection between the production line and the storage area, responding quickly to the production line's demand for cargos and ensuring continuous production.Orders are issued through WMS (Warehouse Management System), and RCS schedules multiple vehicles for collaborative operations, achieving seamless connection from high-level rack entry/exit to the assembly station of the production line, maximizing the optimization of warehouse efficiency.

Safety Assurance: In terms of safety, all the AMR products used in the project have comprehensive protective measures.Besides the regular safety functions, all the equipment is equipped with an automatic battery fire extinguishing system, effectively eliminating potential safety hazards in special production lines and providing a more solid guarantee for the production environment.
Intelligent Recognition: In response to the characteristics of the customer's special production line, the three-way AMR will verify the height of the cargos before inbounding,and match the corresponding storage position based on the actual height of the cargos to avoid collisions between the cargos and the racks, thereby improving the utilization rate of the storage space and the safety of goods storage.
Flexible design: The three-way AMR selected for this project also has an operator position. This flexible design enables the staff to perform inbound and outbound operations through manual control even if the entire machine circuit is disconnected in an emergency, ensuring the continuity and flexibility of production.
