The system can simultaneously display all the operating statuses of AMRs (such as normal, charging in progress), real-time trajectories, task progress, etc.Through the global view, the administrator can intuitively grasp the operation status of the entire warehouse system. For example, if a certain AMR is stuck for a long time, the administrator can immediately view its location and task details, determine whether it is due to blocked path or equipment failure, and monitor the overall progress in real time, thereby improving operational efficiency.

 

Mature interface solution

The ZCNEST RCS system is equipped with a rich set of built-in interface protocols, including MOBUS TCP, TCP/IP, Web service, Lora, etc. It can seamlessly connect with warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning systems (ERP), intelligent racks, access control systems, etc.For instance, when the WMS generates an outbound order, the order information can be synchronously sent to RCS via the TCP/IP protocol, and the system will automatically generate AMR pickup and delivery tasks.After the operation is completed, RCS will then use the Webservice interface to inform the WMS of the task completion status, achieving full-process automation.This significantly reduces the development and adaptation costs between systems and enhances the integration efficiency of the overall warehouse system.

 

Immediate alarm and anomaly detection

The system has the ability to monitor all links for anomalies. When AMR encounters situations such as low battery, sensor failure, blocked path, or task timeout, it will immediately display an alarm prompt on the RCS software interface and trigger vehicle body audio-visual alarms.Additionally, the system will simultaneously display the abnormal error information and provide corresponding solution suggestions.Through "multi-terminal reminder + precise guidance", maintenance personnel can quickly locate the problem and solve it, minimizing the impact of the anomaly on the operation.
