The ZCNEST RCS dispatching system is equipped with advanced autonomous mapping technology, capable of achieving integrated indoor and outdoor map construction. One map can cover up to 6,000 square meters of warehouse space at most.During the deployment process, there is no need to rely on manual drawing of complex maps or preset marker points. The system can automatically identify environmental elements such as racks ,aisles, and obstacles through multi-source fusion perception devices like liDAR and visual sensors, quickly generate high-precision maps, and significantly shorten the deployment cycle.
Large-scale scheduling management
The RCS system adopts a distributed centralized control architecture. Relying on self-developed intelligent task allocation algorithms, dynamic path planning algorithms, and traffic control algorithms, it can support hundreds of AMRs to collaborate online simultaneously.When allocating tasks, the system will automatically match the optimal execution device based on factors such as the current position of the AMR, load status, and remaining battery power, to avoid idle resources.In the path planning stage, congested sections and conflict points are avoided in real time, giving priority to ensuring the timeliness of key operations, and providing enterprises with high-density and highly collaborative multi-vehicle dispatching solutions.
Support for multiple vehicle models and scenarios
The RCS system is deeply adapted for the entire series of Forklift AMRs in ZCNEST , covering various models such as Reach AMR, Stacker AMR, and counterbalance AMR. It can comprehensively cover the entire process of warehousing and logistics, including inbound, outbound, relocation, and inventory taking, and supports full-scenario operations such as high racks, medium and low racks, and ground stacking.
Multi-task distribution mode
To adapt to the operational habits of different positions in the warehousing scenario, the RCS system provides a variety of task distribution channels, including tablets, PCS, PDAs, in-vehicle screens, etc.Managers can conduct batch task planning and scheduling through the PC end, such as generating batch transfer tasks from the racks in Area A to the platform in Area B.Front-line operators can use PDAs to temporarily initiate emergency tasks at the work site, such as urgently transporting a certain batch of urgent goods.The multi-task distribution mode ensures that task information can quickly reach relevant personnel, avoiding the loss of operation efficiency caused by information delay.
Flexible charging strategy
The system is equipped with intelligent power management capabilities and can monitor the remaining power and working status of each AMR in real time.When the AMR is idle and its battery level drops below the preset threshold, the RCS will automatically dispatch it to the nearest charging station for idle charging to prevent task interruption due to insufficient battery.
When new tasks are assigned during this period, the system will prioritize waking up AMRs that are in the charging state but have sufficient battery power to meet the operation requirements, ensuring a rapid response to tasks.By adopting the strategy of "off-peak energy replenishment + dynamic wake-up", the utilization rate of AMR equipment has increased by more than 30%, ensuring 7* 24-hour uninterrupted operation and significantly enhancing warehouse efficiency.
