AGV Cold Storage Resilience

The Deep Freeze Challenge:
AGV Performance at -25°C

Cold storage is the most brutal environment for electronics. Between Sensor Fogging and Battery Depletion, standard AGVs perish. ZCNEST Cold-Series is engineered to thrive where humans hesitate.

Defeating the "Condensation Killer"

Moving from a cold dock (+5°C) to a deep freeze (-25°C) creates instant condensation. This moisture short-circuits PLCs and blinds LiDAR. ZCNEST solves this through:

Active Thermal Enclosures: Our core electronics are housed in heated, IP67-rated chambers that maintain a constant 15°C, preventing ice formation on circuit boards.

Anti-Fog Optics: Our laser navigation units use specialized heated lenses and air-purge systems to ensure 100% visibility, even during rapid temperature transitions.

Powering through the Cold

Standard Lithium batteries lose 40% of their capacity at -20°C. ZCNEST employs Thermally Insulated Power Packs with integrated heater pads. This keeps the battery in its "Sweet Spot" (20°C - 30°C), maintaining full discharge rates and enabling Sub-Zero Fast Charging, eliminating the need to take robots out of the freezer for power-ups.
